Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During launches, sales, or busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address and contact information are correct before completing your purchase. Ambrisse cannot guarantee changes to an order once it has entered processing.

If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional delivery charges may apply.

Delayed or Missing Orders
